I can honestly say that for the first time in my life I am completely in love with myself. For me, Reiki was a game-changer. It helped me release negative thought patterns, let go of past traumas, and break free from destructive habits. It also allowed me to connect with myself on a deeper level and cultivate self-love and acceptance.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, I am able to channel this universal life energy and use it to facilitate healing in others. This can be physical, emotional, or even spiritual healing. Reiki works on the principle that if one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to feel stressed, anxious and unwell. By replenishing and balancing this energy we can achieve a state of harmony and well-being.
I am passionate about helping others on their own journey towards healing and self-discovery. Through my knowledge of Reiki, and my own personal experiences, I hope to guide you towards finding your authentic self and loving who you are. Together we can overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back and bring you to a place of peace, joy and self-acceptance.
