Reiki & Fulfillment Coaching
Through fulfillment coaching sessions, we will explore any generational trauma that may have been passed down through your family line. Together, we will identify coping mechanisms that you have adopted in order to survive and find ways to release them.
In addition, I will also use Reiki treatments to help release any stuck energy that may be hindering your growth and holding you back.
Most importantly, we will uncover the inner child within you who is longing to come out and play. Through our calming and informative conversations, you will start to see yourself in a new light and embrace who you truly are.
Remember, you didn't come into this life to just cope with the challenges thrown your way. Let's work together to discover your true purpose and learn to love yourself along the way.

Reiki & Chakra Cleansing
Chakras are the energy centers of the body, there are seven main chakras that correspond to different areas of our physical and spiritual being. These swirling wheels of energy regulate the flow of life force energy throughout our bodies, influencing everything from our emotions to our physical health.
When our chakras are blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to physical ailments, emotional distress, and overall feelings of imbalance. That's where Reiki & Chakra Cleansing come in. By using the transference of energy, I can clear any stagnant or negative energy from your body and restore balance to your chakras.

During a Reiki session, I will use my hands to administer the healing energy, placing them above your body over your chakras. In addition to hands-on healing, I also incorporate other techniques such as aura clearing using palo santo, sound bowls and the use of crystals to enhance vibrational energy.
By the end of a Reiki session, clients often feel more aligned, calm, relaxed, peaceful, clear-minded and productive.
